Thank you for choosing Stark Education, a STEM education based company (“Company”). We are committed to providing high-quality educational programs to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:
Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel a service provided by the Company, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the type of service and the timing of the cancellation, different refund policies may apply as follows:
- Workshops and Short Courses: If you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the workshop or short course, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the workshop or short course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Classes and Programs: If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the class or program, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the class or program, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the Company cancels a service, we will offer a full refund of the registration fee.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by check, please allow additional time for processing.
Exceptions
