placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
Orders placed before 2.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on

Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days to anywhere in
India,which is totally dependent on the courier partners and hence the exact
delivery time is unpredictable.

What about Guarantee/Warranty?
All items are delivered with standard Manufacturing Defect warranty that will
be mentioned in the product specification sheet if available. if you have any
problems with your order, please notify us within from the date of delivery if
you find it defective. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges
and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with
the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost
with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to
provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will
apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect,
accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product that needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of
damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way
to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to
replace ,we will provide the full refund.
How to get refund
If you insist to cancel an order and get 100 % refund, you will have to
cancel it within 24 hours from the time of placing order. When you cancel the
order within the specified time,the information is conveyed to our backend
team. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take upto 5-10 business
days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Before the order is delivered, If you still wish to cancel your order after
the specified time(24 hours), 50% of the order amount will be processed for
refund within 5-10 business days
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the
payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund
will be pushed to the same credit card.
