How do we ship your orders?
- To make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest time and in the best condition, we only ship through best courier agencies.
- It is not always possible for us to ship the product orders together which relies on the availability of the product, but don’t worry, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you find the package damaged or tampered before accepting it, please refuse to accept the delivery, and call our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number. We will put our best effort to resolve the issue at the earliest..
- You may track the order using the link and tracking detail that you will receive in your email once it is shipped.
- Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, according to Government Tax norms.
Whom do you think our Shipping Partners are?
- We use DTDC / Professional Couriers to ship our products depending on the courier agency’s service regions.
When will I receive my order?
- We put our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. We have a 90% track record of shipping orders within 24 Hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
- Orders placed before 2.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days to anywhere in India,which is totally dependent on the courier partners and hence the exact delivery time is unpredictable.
- Considering all the above points, We request you to plan accordingly such that your order reaches on time.
What about Guarantee/Warranty?
- All items are delivered with standard Manufacturing Defect warranty that will be mentioned in the product specification sheet if available. if you have any problems with your order, please notify us within from the date of delivery if you find it defective. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
- To the product that needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.
How to get refund
- If you insist to cancel an order and get 100 % refund, you will have to cancel it within 24 hours from the time of placing order. When you cancel the order within the specified time,the information is conveyed to our backend team. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take upto 5-10 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
- Before the order is delivered, If you still wish to cancel your order after the specified time(24 hours), 50% of the order amount will be processed for refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund will be pushed to the same credit card.
